Missing RPG
A downloadable game
Someone, somewhere, long ago downloaded an RPG from itch as part of a bundle, and printed it out. It was brought to a convention, and accidentally left in the RPG Open Play room. Shortly thereafter someone else picked it up, played it, and took a pen to it to amend some rules. Soon after, they lost it at a local game store, and the cycle repeated. In scribbles and notes it was changed into something new: a game totally independent of the original. Reborn and forgotten with each new owner.
This game is inspired by the public message boards that are telephone poles and the multitudes they contain as historical record. In this play-by-post style game, you take on the role of someone who picked up a printed copy of an RPG at random. You play by modifying the rules and writing a short devlog explaining the change. The game and updated rules are then sent along to another player, ad infinitum.

The concept for this game is just amazing! I've been randomly going through the submissions for the Jam it was a part of and it caught my eye (to be honest through a lack of information than anything lol)!
